Hi! I’m Heather Beutler: baker, cake artist, and flavor enthusiast. When I’m not baking, I love cycling or running in Provo Canyon. I also enjoy recreating international cuisine I fell in love with while living abroad in Morocco and Jordan. Recently I graduated with degrees in chemical engineering and Arabic language. I’m a proud Icing Smiles volunteer (like Make a Wish Foundation, but for dream cakes).
